Information you submit

The vendor submission form stores the contact name, email address, company, website, message, a keyed one-way fingerprint derived from the request IP address, and submission time so the editorial request can be reviewed, answered and protected from abuse.

Automatic technical data

The web server may record standard request information such as IP address, browser, requested URL, status and timestamp for security and operations. The public site does not require an advertising tracker to function.

How information is used

Submitted information is used to evaluate listings, corrections and source material; prevent abuse; maintain security; and respond to the sender. Do not submit passwords, confidential customer information or regulated data.

Retention and requests
